Martin G., SAA 2011, along with some high school and college friends have successfully launched a community theatre group in Highland Park. The Unit14 Theatre Company is now in its THIRD season presenting Tony and Pulitzer recognized dramas. Heading to the Field Museum this Summer? Be on the lookout for SAA's favorite Teen Volunteer, Class of 2015 Alumnus Sam M.! During Fridays and Weekends, Sam can usually be found sharing his love of fossils, birds, rocks and minerals with a crowd of children in the Stanley Hall. Otherwise, find him in the Crown Family PlayLab on the ground floor. He can help you find fossils in the limestone making up the museum, or let you practice removing mummy brains through the nose like the Ancient Egyptians.
Make sure to tell him you are from SAA, and he can guide you to features of the museum you may never have seen before.
