Lower School (1st - 4th grade)
Our Lower School students benefit from small group instruction alongside other gifted students. Students can feel free to be themselves in a classroom filled with gifted peers. Homerooms participate in classes like art and drama together, but students are grouped according to educational need in language arts and math.
Our goals include the development of critical thinking skills which are crucial to the growth of any child. We strive to help each child become an independent thinker who is capable of making decisions, substantiating statements made, and who is willing to explore a new idea, to risk-take. We want our students to respect each other, to be caring, compassionate and helpful.
