This is paid one time by a family regardless of the number of children enrolling now or in the future and covers costs of textbooks and instructional materials. The fee is assessed based on the oldest child enrolling.
Financial Aid
Our financial aid program enables us to assist deserving students who could not otherwise afford to attend. Our first commitment is to families currently receiving financial aid, and then our awards go to new and returning students who have not previously received aid.
SAA has chosen FAST - Financial Aid for School Tuition - to process financial aid applications. FAST is an online program and you will need internet access. You will be charged a fee by FAST to process your application. FAST does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather, FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. All information from FAST is kept confidential. Results are reviewed by SAA's Financial Aid Committee for determination of award. Once approved, financial aid offers are sent to families to accept or decline.
Science & Arts Academy will review a financial aid analysis only after a child has applied and been accepted as a student.

In addition to financial aid from SAA, there are other resources for financing an independent school education, including scholarships and loans. We encourage you to research all options to determine the best choice for your family.
SAA has established a relationship with Your Tuition Solution for additional financing options for tuition payments. This alternative will provide lower interest rates and longer terms than are available through SAA. This service is available at no cost to the families and has a very quick turnaround time. Please review their website as an alternative.
