Our admissions team is available to help you learn more about Science & Arts Academy as you explore the possibilities for your child and family. We offer personalized meetings via phone or video conference, as well as in-person tours. We encourage you to schedule either one or both of these opportunities to help you learn about and experience our school community.
Admissions Meetings
A great first step in learning about SAA is to schedule a virtual meeting with a member of our admissions team. During this personalized meeting, we will share more information about our school and answer any questions you may have.
Meetings can be scheduled during regular business hours, 9:00am - 4:00pm CST, Monday - Friday, pending availability. Zoom link and event instructions will be shared after registration.
School Tours
One of the best ways to fully experience the SAA community is by visiting our school. All tours* are private, allowing our admissions team to personalize the visit to your individual needs and interests. During a tour, you will have the opportunity to visit classrooms, speak with teachers, and see students across multiple grade levels engaged in differentiated learning activities.

Meet Admissions
Mindy Hildebrandt
Director of Enrollment Management
Mindy brings over 15 years of experience in the field of education, having served as a teacher, principal, and school administrator within both public and independent schools.
As the Director of Enrollment Management, she works closely with families through all steps of the school search process. She regularly leads school tours, facilitates parent meetings, and provides a variety of opportunities for prospective students and families to learn more about the SAA community.
Monika Robinett
Associate Director of Enrollment Management
Monika has a passion for helping kids find the best fit for their educational journey and dedicates her time at SAA to helping prospective families navigate each step of the admissions process.
Monika joined SAA admissions in 2018 and also serves as our school registrar. Families often meet Monika in the early stages of their school research for individual tours, parent meetings, shadow days and assessment experiences. Both prospective and current families work closely with Monika through their SAA journey.
