Jim Radermacher joined SAA in 2015 and brings over 30 years of professional nonprofit and municipal government experience. As SAA’s Business Manager he manages human resources concerns, accounting, financing, and budgeting. He was a member of the SAA Board of Trustees from 2007-2010 and held the role as Finance Committee Chair.

Mr. Radermacher received his bachelors in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. He is a member of the Board of Directors as Secretary for the Center of Concern in Des Plaines, where he formerly served as Treasurer and President. He also has served on the Legislative Subcommittee for the American Diabetes Association in Alexandria, VA.
Outside of the office, Mr Rademacher is an avid Cubs fan, enjoys travelling, and playing or watching tennis.
