Junior Kindergarten

Four-year-olds in Junior Kindergarten participate in enriching and engaging experiences designed to encourage their curiosity and exploration, during either our half-day or a full-day programs.
The Junior Kindergarten curriculum includes language arts development, math readiness, science exploration, social studies, artistic experiences, introduction to French and Spanish, physical education, and more. Teachers also integrate fine and gross motor activities, play, and social emotional learning.
Instruction in our Junior Kindergarten is differentiated to accommodate for varying levels of skill development, ensuring that each child is challenged at their own individual levels.
While an IQ score is not required to apply for or be accepted into the Junior Kindergarten program, children seeking admission should demonstrate an innate curiosity and desire for learning. *Students must be 4 years old by September 1 (of the school year) in order to be eligible for Jr. Kindergarten.
