On Tuesday of this week, all of the middle school students and a few fourth graders participated in the annual AMC 8 National Mathematics Contest. This contest is a 25 question contest with challenging middle school level math problems that are designed to promote the development and enhancement of problem-solving skills of middle school students. This is part of our middle school math curriculum every year. This year, SAA had 106 students participate! We will have results in late December or early January - so stay tuned!
