 | Saturday, the SAA community joined together to help and give back to others during Community Service Day. It was a great opportunity for families (and staff members) to work together to give back and help those less fortunate than themselves. At Feed My Starving Children in Lilbertyville, meal packs were assembled to be sent to malnourished children in over 70 countries. The other place they volunteered at was Bernie's Book Bank in Lake Forest. Volunteers processed and prepared books to be distributed to at-risk infants, toddlers and school-age children throughout Chicagoland. |
