We are pleased to announce the addition of an Elementary Science Olympiad team at SAA! ESO is a standards based STEM program that encourages younger students in grades 3 - 5 to find their passion in science. This program incorporates hands-on activities combined with traditional learning methods, and covers 12 different topics in various fields of science. This makes an excellent segue for our middle school division of Science Olympiad.
Elementary Science Olympiad will be run by Colleen Storiz (upper level science teacher/former head coach for Science Olympiad Varsity) and parent coach volunteer Aaron Feinberg. The group will meet every Monday, starting in November. Registration will open in early October. Please contact Mrs. Storiz with any questions.
