Explore & Create

Our Explore & Create teachers, Julie Lettner and Kim Lewis, presented at The Independent Schools Association of the Central States (ISACS) Annual Conference in Chicago last week. In their session entitled “Explore & Create,” they shared with attendees a selection of the special projects and experiences our students encounter as part of their class.

Session Description:
The magical world of Explore & Create calls for some level of exploration and creation. Hear how students build skills and apply them to classroom projects while developing life skills and confidence. Learn how to bring making to your classroom (even on a limited budget), encourage problem solving, increase collaboration, and promote creativity. This session is for lower and middle school faculty.
