Congrats to two students for earning a third place for SAA at the Kumbaya Chess Tournament this past weekend! The tournament had been held at Niles North High School in Skokie. Way to go!
During SEL time, Mrs. Centineo's class learned all about the 10 Executive Functioning Skills and how they all work together. This week, each student is choosing a skill they want to strengthen and is developing a SMART goal (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound) to help them do so.
