Why Give to the SAA Fund?
The SAA Fund is Science & Arts Academy’s annual giving campaign that bridges the gap between tuition and what it actually costs to educate our students.
The SAA Fund supports not only programs and activities that directly benefit our students, but also the day-to-day operations of our
school. The operational budget exceeds six million dollars annually and includes campus infrastructure items such as snow and lawn maintenance, hand washing stations, upgraded HVAC system, building cleaning, and general maintenance.
Tuition covers approximately 80% percent of the cost to educate one SAA student, leaving about $4,000 per student that we must cover with the SAA Fund.

As an independent school, we are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit institution operating without the state or federal funds that public institutions receive. Therefore, we count on our community’s annual support of the SAA Fund.
