Enrollment Changes and Cancellations
- What happens if I go to register and a program option is full?

Any changes in enrollment must be submitted in writing by the dates below.
Session 1:
Withdrawal requests must be emailed and submitted by May 1 for a tuition refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Requests made between May 2 and May 30 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests after May 30.
Session 2:
Withdrawal requests must be emailed and submitted by June 1 for a tuition refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Requests made between June 2 and June 12 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests after June 12.
Session 3:
Withdrawal requests must be emailed and submitted by June 15 for a tuition refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
Requests made between June 16 and June 26 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable 20% deposit.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests after June 26.
Summer Adventures will not issue refunds for absences due to personal reasons or general illness, vacations, or for dismissal from the program for disciplinary reasons. All refunds must be requested by emailing us and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
