Why Give to the Annual Fund?
SAA understands that gifted children are not defined solely by traditional academic achievement but by their openness to experience, creativity, and the power of abstract thinking. We are committed to providing them with a specialized, differentiated, and challenging educational setting that supports their intellectual growth, fosters social-emotional learning, and encourages collaboration.
As an independent school, SAA is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit institution operating without the state or federal funds that public institutions receive. Therefore, we count on our community’s annual support of our school.

Other Ways to Give
Matching Gifts
Many companies support charitable giving by offering matching gift programs, which can double or even triple the impact of your contribution to the Annual Fund. When your employer matches your gift, you receive full credit for the matching amount. For example, a $500 donation matched dollar-for-dollar by your employer becomes a $1,000 contribution.
To participate, simply check with your employer to see if a matching gift program is available. Your contribution can make an even greater difference through this opportunity!
Donor Advised Funds (DAF)
Science & Arts Academy (SAA) can accept donations from your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF). If you would like to make a contribution this way, please reach out—we’re happy to assist with any forms or information you may need to complete the process.
