Ms. Trauth joined the SAA community in 2016 and brings over ten years of experience and passion working with children of all ages. She has been a nanny for many different families in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, has been a camp counselor, teaching assistant and lead teacher for various schools and organizations.
Ms. Trauth serves as the Aftercare Supervisor and our Lower School Aide while she pursues a degree in early childhood education. During the summer months, Ms. Trauth works with SAA’s Summer Adventures in Learning camp as a Preschool Teacher.
Ms. Trauth plans to study child psychology after completing her bachelor's degree to expand her skills in how best to educate children with differing needs, gifts and skill sets.
Outside of the walls of SAA, you can find Ms. Trauth cooking, traveling, reading, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and going to Cubs games.
